N.Y. Officer Trapped In House Fire Suffer Minor Injuries

Two Schenectady (N.Y.) Police officers suffered minor injuries today searching for residents of a house fire, reports the Daily Gazette.
Ryan Maloney suffered cuts to his leg and hand and Matt Hoy suffered smoke inhalation during the early afternoon fire.
The officers were helped out of the second floor of the building by Schenectady firefighters and later transported to Ellis Hospital for treatment.
