Calif. Deputy Shoots GTA Suspect During Struggle

A Sacramento County (Calif.) Sheriff's deputy fatally shot a man during a struggle in a Kmart parking lot early Monday.
Two deputies approached the man in the parking lot at 2:30 a.m. Monday in the southeast section of Sacramento, after finding a stolen vehicle parked nearby.
During a struggle, a deputy first used a stun gun, and then shot the man when he feared for his life, reports the San Jose Mercury News.
