Attorney General Eric Holder vigorously denied a "cover-up" by the Justice Department over "Operation Fast and Furious," telling a House panel investigating the botched gun-running program that he has nothing to hide and suggesting the probe is a "political" effort to embarrass the administration, reports Fox News.
"There's no attempt at any kind of cover-up," Holder told lawmakers well into a hearing about whether he had been forthright in responding to requests of the House Oversight and Government Relations Committee led by Chairman Darrell Issa, R-Calif.
Holder also said he would not be hiding behind any privileges during the probe.

Any minute now he's going to start "Moon-Walking" backwards and claim he is really moving forward toward a tranparent Administration, just like his handler claims. Jail this lying scumbag and get to the truth. We have a DEAD Agent because of this creep and his cohorts in D.C. Somebody please fush!!

Bob@AZ I couldn't have said any better. I can't wait for the entire Administration to be gone. Can't wait for Act II What could Holder possibly say next "My dog ate it"!

Bob- you could not be more right! The sickening thing is that there is no outrage. We have a dead agent, killed by a gun that Holder and Obama were using to try to gain some political advantage and stuff some more federal control on us and nobody is screaming about this. If this had happened during a republican's administration or a conservative's administration, it would be front page news every day. The media is in bed with the current administration trying to shove a "progressive" agenda down our throats. Don't forget this stuff in November.

If any one of us gave testimony that we later 'withdrew', we'd be charged with perjury at the very least.
If any of us decided to not 'release' information pertaining to our jobs, conduct on the job and decisions made on the job, we'd be - at the very least - looking for other employment.
But a Democrat Attorney General? The sky's the limit, right?

Drink the Fox new kool-aid much?

Jim @ 2/3/2012 4:32 AM
Fox kool-aid?!! Sure, blame it on Fox News because under Holders direction he authorized automatic weapons be sold to Mexican Cartels so that they could slaughter people and outrage the US Public so we would ban these type weapons. THAT is not kool-aid, that is FACT. Because of his botched program we have a dead agent! A brother to many of us. We caught them and they don't like it so it is nothing more than law-abiding people out to harm the current administration because they are Democrats and we are racists. What a crock! We are AMERICANS who believe in justice!

Fox kool aid? Is that all you have? How about some factual information to prove otherwise? Your tactic is a cheap attempt taken right out of Sal Olynski's book "rules for radicals". You might want to take note, Just because MSNBC and CNN didn't cover it does not mean it never took place. Change your screen name, I don't want any of my post remotly linked to you.

Holder is a liar, and since he was under oath, a perjurer. He participated in meetings, was briefed before the program began, authorized it, regularly received memos and email on F&F, and was complicit up to his eyeballs in every respect. There is also overwhelming evidence that the concept was hatched at the level of the White House. Holder is a baldfaced liar and ought to be charged with perjury and other crimes.

Jim @ 2/3/2012 3:27 PM
Scott, what in the world are you talking about? YOU are the one that said we are drinking the Fox Kool-aid, not I. Holder IS in fact a dishonest and trying to cover this up. Sol Olynski is the one that Holder and Obama are following in their tactics, not me! I think that everyone involved in this, particularly Holder, should go to jail!

Holder is a huge joke. This guy is the most embarassing and disgraceful AG this country has ever had. Anyone who supports him at this point is guilty by association, period. Time for a complete cleansing in Washington of many from both parties. Be safe.
