La. Cop Arrested for Sex with Minor

Rayville (La.) Police Officer Channen O. Ricks has been arrested for felony carnal knowledge with a 15-year-old female.

The incident involving Officer Ricks, 21, occured while the officer was off-duty, reports the News Star.
