A year-long Internal Affairs investigation concluded that Tampa Police Officer Matthew Dolitsky had sex in his patrol car and threatened to shoot fellow squad mates when he learned of the probe, reports WTSP News-10.

Corporal Dolitsky worked on an elite unit called the Quick Uniform Attack on Drugs or the "QUAD" squad, when the department got a tip about him.

When Dolitsky found out about the IA probe, he was in the squad room with several other officers. He pulled his firearm completely out of the holster and said he would take out the IA witnesses against him. Doltisky then asked one of his colleagues, "What would you do if I shot you?"

He resigned before the department could fire him.

Despite all this, the former officer will receive his full pension, because he was not terminated or prosecuted. When he turns 46 in four years, he'll receive $27,142 a year for the rest of his life.

It always comes back to pensions. When this happens in the private sector, why don't the news reports say: "Despite all this, the former CEO will be able to draw down on his 401K, where he will receive $336,000 a year for the rest of his life."

Moral of that story... If you threatened to shoot your fellow officers because you've lost your moral compass and had sex in a squad car... perhaps you are in the wrong line of work... No wait. I meant to say... He should be prosecuted for the alleged terroristic threat and made to take personal time during the alleged sex act... and I'm just curious... was that in the "back" seat? OMG... What a loser.

The World is upside down: I served with honor and integrity; my reward is to lose everything and become a refugee from murderous criminals and public corruption. This guy spits in the face of criminal justice and gets a free ride? My case - American Justice or FBI cover-up? http://www.change.org/petitions/american-justice-or-fbi-cover-up
