Texas Cop Saves Boy Choked by Zip Tie

A Pasadena (Texas) Police officer used a seat-belt cutter to save a boy who had slipped a zip tie around his neck and tightened it.
While being pulled over for a seat-belt violation on Nov. 5, the driver asked the officer to help her 5- or 6-year-old son, reports the Houston Chronicle.
