Ohio Man Gets Six Years for Striking Cop with Truck

A Summit County judge Thursday sentenced a 35-year-old Doylestown man to six years in prison after he was found guilty of aggravated vehicular assault for hitting a Springfield Township police officer and fleeing the scene.
The jury also found Michael Plemons guilty of drunken driving and leaving the scene of an accident. His driver's license is suspended for 10 years, reports the Plain Dealer.
