Two Dead, 13 Injured In New Orleans Halloween Shootings

Halloween violence erupted in New Orleans, as shootings in the French Quarter and other neighborhoods left two men dead and 13 people injured, the Times-Picayune reports.
Gunfire erupted on Bourbon Street early Tuesday, when two men started shooting at each other near the Chris Owens nightclub. Three other men were injured in two more incidents a short time later in the St. Roch and St. Claude neighborhoods.
