Rep. Issa Subpoenas Holder on Fast and Furious
October 12, 2011

Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.) subpoenaed Attorney General Eric Holder on Wednesday for documents related to the "Fast and Furious" gun tracking operation.
Issa, the chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, contends Holder knew more about the botched operation than he has told Congress. His subpoenas are directed to Holder and other senior officials at the Department of Justice.
"Top Justice Department officials, including Attorney General Holder, know more about Operation Fast and Furious than they have publicly acknowledged," Issa said in a statement announcing the subpoenas.

A key question ... the "elephant in the room" that everyone is trying to ignore: Was Obama hands-on from the gitgo, or did he "merely" approve this whole sordid and felonious scheme.
Holder has already wildly perjured himself, claiming under oath that he knew nothing until the scandal surfaced. His claim is shown to be a lie because numerous documents now show that Holder was briefed "at least weekly" for at least a year previous to the date that Holder claimed he heard about the scheme.
If you or I violated these BATF rules thousands of times we'd be in cuffs, and rightly so. Anyone want to bet whether Holder walks, even though he's arguably responsible for several American deaths and plenty of Mexican ones?

This is so fuc---- wrong, here we put our lives on the line everyday and these AH's are conducting these operations that jeopardizing our safety. I guess the Agents life was an acceptable risk............and so was all the other victims that were killed by those weapons. Completely Disgusting. They will all lie and get away with it like the rest of these crooks out there.

OH! MY!, DID I MISS SOMETHING??? I WAS GIVEN TO UNDERSTAND THAT HOLDER, ET. ALL, HAD ALREADY BEEN HIDDEN OFF IN SOME OTHER BUREAUCRATIC HOLE IN THE WALL. SOMEWHERE WHERE HE COULD NOT OR WOULD NOT ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS THAT MAY INVOLVE/EMBARASS THE PRESIDENT.
OH! WOW!, IF HE HAS TO TELL THE TRUTH?????????????????

It appears that Issa is doing a good job of bird dogging this. Whether Obama is implicated in this or not, it does show what a poor choice he made for attorney general. It also goes hand in glove with other decisions he has made in picking his czars.
