A news article rarely ever documents the events and circumstances of an incodent. I trust that the decisions made by the professionals involved in this matter accted accordingly. The LT was one of the most inspirational RTO's of my police accademy class. Though much time has passed since I have been able to work with LT Schmidt, his name joins a long list of great people whom have contributed to my understanding of what type of person I strive to be.
