Marshals Arrest Felon Who Shot New Orleans Cop

The suspect who shot a New Orleans Police officer during a traffic stop has been arrested, after Jefferson Parish Sheriff's deputies and officers from the U.S. Marshals office.
Troy Armstead, 24, was taken into custody late Tuesday, after he shot Officer Terrance Hilliard in the hand.
Officer Hilliard and another officer had stopped a vehicle driven by Lawrence Dugay at 9:30 p.m. Tuesday. Armstead was riding in the passenger seat. Armstead was booked on attempted first-degree murder on a police officer and being a felon in possession of a weapon.
