Calif. Cop Shot In Head Released From Hospital

El Cajon (Calif.) Police Officer Jarred Slocum, who was shot in the head a week ago by a suicidal man, left Sharp Memorial Hospital on Monday.
Slocum, who will remain at home recovering, "still has a lot of healing to do," Chief Pat Sprecco tells Jen Lebron Kuhney of the San Diego Union-Tribune.
