Thieves Steal New Graffiti-Resistant Murals In Hollywood
August 23, 2011
|
Thieves made off with two new graffiti-resistant murals just before they were scheduled to be unveiled along Hollywood (101) Freeway bridges.
The railing above the mural was used so the thieves could roll them up and walk off with them, police believe. The murals were set to replace murals that had been whitewashed after vandals defaced them.
