La. Capitol Police Officer Killed In Crash

A Louisiana capitol police officer was killed in a crash Tuesday night when his department vehicle crossed the interstate median and struck an 18-wheeler and pickup truck head on.
John Kendall, a 63-year-old Department of Public Safety officer and retired state trooper, died at the scene. He was traveling eastbound on Interstate 12.
