Carjacking Suspect Told Pa. Cop He Was Filming Batman Movie

August 01, 2011  |

After a Pittsburgh Police detective turned the tables on a suspect attempting to carjack him, the man claimed it was all part of a new Batman movie he was filming.

Suspect Micah Calamosca, 21, gave the creative reason for his actions to Det. Robert DiGiacomo, who was looking for an assault suspect. The detective was sitting in his vehicle, when a man entered the passenger side, pointed a gun at him and ordered him out of the car.

Detective DiGiacomo then opened his door, drew his own gun and ordered teh suspect out of the car.
