Mass. Police Imposter Flashed Blue Light in Walmart Parking Lot

A 23-year-old Salem, Mass., man was arrested with police-type gear after a report that he was flashing a blue police strobe light on his Chrysler 300.
Richard Ramon Tirado was arrested with police equipment, including pieces of a uniform, a badge, and the large strobe light. He is charged with a felony of false impersonation and an additional charge of using blue lights restricted to law enforcement.
