May 24, 2011  |

Actress and model Estella Warren assaulted an officer and later escaped from the LAPD's Wilshire station during processing, reports TMZ.

Warren, who has appeared in films such as the "Planet of the Apes" remake, struck three parked cars in Los Angeles with her Toyota Prius Monday evening while DUI.

Warren reportedly resisted arrest and kicked an officer, before she was placed in custody. While she was being processed at the station, she reportedly broke free and ran out the back door but was recaptured.

She's pretty pathetic if a lame remake from 10 years ago is her claim to fame!

Well, she has a handful of charges now. I guess we have room for one more in the county jail........She is no heavy weight actor so I guess she is going down. Truly pathetic.
