Video: California Men Challenge DUI Checkpoint

Two men challenged an Escondido (Calif.) Police sobriety checkpoint and videotaped the incident, which involved the officers shattering the window of the driver who refused to comply.

Driver Angel Navarrete and his passenger, Daniel Alfaro, are also heard on the video talking about their plan to challenge the checkpoint by refusing to provide their driver's licenses.

The men are seen repeatedly asking if they are being detained and asking for the officers' name and badge numbers.

Those Officers showed the restraint of Job ! To many clowns believeing the hype these legal beagels post on you tube regarding your rights .
