N.Y. Cop Points Gun at Bartender In Bar

A Nassau County (N.Y.) Police officer has lost his duty weapon and is now facing an internal affairs investigation, after he pointed his sidearm at a Long Island bartender.

Surveillance footage shows Officer Richard Heffern pointing the gun at Charlie Bell, the bartender at South Main Street Pub, while drinking at the bar.
