Arizona Officer Killed, Second Injured Working Security Detail

An early Sunday gunfight involving three Buckeye (Ariz.) Police officers working an off-duty security detail at the El Gran Mercado swat meet in Phoenix resulted in the death of one officer and critical injuries to another.
The gunfight began at about 1 a.m., after the officers confronted three occupants of a vehicle that was reported to have been driving recklessly on the property.
The Buckeye PD identified officers Christopher Paz and Rolando Tirado as the officers who were shot. Officer Tirado died from his wounds.

These are the hardest ones to read along with child deaths...Remember them for all the lifes both have walked into and made a difference, where and when needed the most!!!...Above all stay safe!!

The bad this is the Towne Of Buckeye does not have to pay any insurance settlements to the family of the fallen officer, due to being out of thier juridiction. Hopefully the place/person they contracted with had good insurance..... I bet Buckeye changes thier policy after this.
