LAPD Rolls Out 'Zero Tolerance' Measures for Ballpark

The Los Angeles Police Department rolled out its "zero-tolerance" measures for Thursday's home Dodger game, as an answer to the brutal beating of northern California paramedic Bryan Stow at the home opener.

Officers will be more aggressive about expelling people; and the stadium canceled its plan to sell half-priced beverages.

The Dodgers plan to create a computer mapping and crime tracking system for the stadium similar to the one the LAPD has used for years to scrutinize crime patterns and hot spots throughout Los Angeles, reports the Los Angeles Times.
