N.Y. State Trooper Struck, Killed at Traffic Stop

A New York State trooper was struck and killed by a passing motorist this morning north of Buffalo.
Trooper Kevin P. Dobson, a 14-year member of the state patrol, was conducting a stop in Tonawanda, Erie County, when he was struck at 7:30 a.m. today.
