A New York Police officer was killed Sunday when an ex-con he was attempting to arrest pushed him off the front stoop of a Brooklyn brownstone during a domestic call, reports the New York Daily News.
Officer Alain Schaberger, 42, fell about nine feet onto a sidewalk and fractured his neck after George Villaneuva pushed him over a 21-inch railing on the front stoop of his Boerum Hill home shortly before 5 a.m.

Another loss caused by a suspect who should have still been in jail. This guys actions show that he has not been rehabilitated to any degree. On parole if you don't show an improvement then you stay longer, tough....we are sick of this crap. My prayers go out to the family.
