D.C. Officer Struck While Investigating Hit-and-Run

A Metro (D.C.) Police officer was seriously injured when he was struck by a vehicle while investigating a deadly hit-and-run accident, reports the Washington Post.
The officer was struck early Monday by a Honday, while investigating a hit-and-run where a pedestrian pushing a moped across the bridge was fatally struck.
