Dallas Cop Fired for Kicking Handcuffed Suspect

Dallas Police Officer Quaitemes Williams was fired, then arrested for kicking a handcuffed suspect in the face and then pepper-spraying him, reports the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.
Video taken by a patrol car dashboard camera showed the arrest of Rodarick Lyles on Jan. 27. Officer Williams was a three-year member of the force.
The Dallas Police Department posted the entire 19-minute dash-cam video on its Facebook page.
