Houston Chief Helps Revive Journalist

During a press conference announcing a new initiative to increase confidence in the Houston Police Department, which has been under increased scrutiny from the media following sevearl use-of-force arrests, Chief Charles McClelland saved a journalist's life.
McClelland helped revive Tony Morris, who was covering the presser for Houston Style Magazine, after the freelance photographer stopped breathing, reports the Houston Chronicle.
