Kicked Seattle Teen Demands $450,000, Agency Apology

The 17-year-old seen being kicked in the groin, torso and head by a Seattle Police officer has filed a $450,000 claim against the city for pain, suffering and emotional trauma, reports KIRO Radio.

The teen has also demanded an apology from the Seattle Police Department.
