Jurors returned a guilty verdict against the man who shot and killed a Delaware patrolman who had pulled him over more than year ago as a suspect in an earlier shooting.
Derrick Powell, 23, was found guilty of first-degree murder in the slaying of Georgetown (Del.) PD's Chad Spicer on Sept. 1, 2009. Powell could be sentenced to death during the sentencing phase, reports the Dover Post.
