Tampa OIS Suspect Grabbed Officer's Weapon

A man Tampa Police officers pulled over for aggressive driving was fatally shot by an officer after a physical altercation with a second officer where he attempted to get ahold of a duty weapon, the Tampa Tribune reports.
The incident began when officers attempted to pull over the driver of a Toyoya Scion, who cut off a city bus, construction truck and a car.
Officer William B. Cain called for backup and eventually pulled the car over, after running the plate and determining the driver had a suspended license. After the suspect was able to get a hand on the officer's gun, Officer Scott Savitt shot him twice fatally.
