Slain Indy Cop To Recieve Full Military Honors Memorial

Bagpipes, a 21-gun salute and a rider-less horse will be among the symbolic gestures at a memorial service for Indianapolis Metro Police Officer David Moore, reports the Indianapolis Star.
Moore was fatally shot Jan. 23 by Thomas Hardy, a 60-year-old felon suspected of shooting Moore on his way to allegedly robbing a 99 Cent store at gunpoint.
The Fraternal Order of Police (FOP 86) is planning the event with the police department.
