Oakland Police Kill Man Pointing Fake Rifle

An Oakland Police officer shot and killed a man acting erratically who pointed a fake rifle at officers on Saturday morning, reports the San Francisco Chronicle.
Officers fatally shot 39-year-old Matthew Cicelski outside his ex-girlfriend's home as he walked around the 5500 block of Taft Avenue clad in camouflage clothing. Neighbors reported Cicelski walking up and down and "prancing" along Taft Avenue as if he were "patrolling" the street, according to the news outlet.
