Oakland Cop Shoots Man Who Exited Vehicle With Two Weapons

The man fatally shot by an Oakland Police officer at the end of a wild chase was armed with two weapons and refused to drop them when confronted by officers, the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Martin Flenaugh, 19, was the passenger in a car driven by parolee Jerome Brown, 24, who was arrested after a foot pursuit. Brown has convictions for possession of stolen property and being an accessory.
The officer-involved shooting occurred at the end of a high-speed, 10-minute chase.
