Jared Loughner Stopped by Wildlife Officer Hours Before Shooting

Jared Loughner, the 22-year-old community college dropout believed to be responsible for the mass shooting in Tucson, was stopped by a state wildlife officer hours before he opened fire on 20 people, reports CBS.
Loughner ran a red light and was let off with a warning three hours before the deadly attack by an officer with the Arizona Game and Fish Department, the agency announced.
