TASER Ends Chase After Vehicle Hits Colorado Officer

An officer who suffered minor injuries when he was struck in a chain-reaction accident caused by a fleeing suspect is expected to fully recover, reports the Colorado Springs Gazette.
Colorado Springs police officers J. Reeser and P. David were holding Christopher Bayless, 22, and Corey Mosely, 31, at gunpoint, when Bayless began to flee. Officer Reeser attempted to break Bayless' window with his flashlight and was struck by a vehicle struck by Bayless.
Bayless was apprehended later, when officers hit him with a TASER, after flushing him out of a residential garage.
