Prosecutor Says NY Cop Is 'Drug Dealer In a Police Uniform'

The Niagara Falls (N.Y.) officer had pleaded guilty to narcotics, weapons, and civil rights charges. A federal grand jury originally indicted the officer on 10 counts of sexually assaulting women in his custody, possessing a firearm while committing a drug trafficking crime, and conspiracy to distribute cocaine.

Former Niagara Falls (N.Y.) Police Officer Ryan Warme, 28, was sentenced Wednesday to 13 years and nine months behind bars, reports WIVB.

Prosecutors had described Warme as a drug dealer in a police uniform.
