Jersey City Doctor Supplied Steroids To Officers

At least 248 officers and firefighters obtained steroids, growth hormone and other testosterone-boosting drugs from a Jersey City doctor before his death in August 2007, reports the Star-Ledger.
In addition, the newspaper found Joseph Colao often falsely diagnosed his patients with hormone deficiencies to justify his prescriptions, a violation of the law and medical ethics.
