Stressed Post-Katrina Officer Testifies About Why He Burned Body

A veteran New Orleans police officer testified he burned Henry Glover's body because he was stressed, exhausted and felt disorder had gripped the city, reports the Times-Picayune.
Officer Greg McRae, a 27-year veteran, choked up at times, saying "I had seen enough bodies. I had seen enough rot."
