Parole Board Stalls Release of Brooklyn Cop Killer

A cop killer who was about to be paroled last year without input from the victim's family isn't getting out of prison anytime soon.
The New York State Parole Board ruled Monday that Pablo Costello will have to wait until at least August before getting another shot at freedom.
Costello and a partner killed Officer David Guttenberg in a botched robbery of a Brooklyn auto repair shop in 1978.
