Halloween DUI Wore Breathalyzer Costume

A Nebraska man who dressed up for Halloween as a portable Brethalyzer machine was cited early Monday morning for drunk driving and being a minor in possession of alcohol.
A Lincoln (Neb.) PD officer pulled over the Ford F-150 truck driven erratically by Matthew Nieveen, 19. Nieveen's blood alcohol level was more than twice the state's .08 limit, reports The Smoking Gun.
