Pipe Bomb Discovered Outside LAPD Station

A pipe bomb concealed inside a backpack was discovered in the foyer planter of the Los Angeles Police Department's 77th Division station, reports local station KTLA.
The LAPD's bomb squad secured the area using a robot to cover the device with an explosive-resistant blanket. A man has been arrested in connection with the incident.
