California Officer Stops Parolee Armed With Two Guns

A San Bernardino (Calif.) Police officer fatally shot a parolee following a foot pursuit in which the subject pulled two guns on the officer, reports the San Bernardino Sun.
Adrian Gutierrez, 28, had been out of prison about a month when he sped away from the officer after a traffic violation. Gutierrez crashed his vehicle and, while armed with two guns, ran from the officer. He turned on the officer, who then fired.
