Authorities Investigate Suspicious UPS Packages on East Coast

Cargo planes were grounded at airports in Newark and Philadelphia and the NYPD bomb squad surrounded a UPS truck at MetroTech in downtown Brooklyn, reports the New York Daily News.

The Manhattan Bridge was closed and two office buildings were evacuated, following the discovery of an improvised device in London.
