October 26, 2010  |

The dash cam of Magnolia (Texas) Police Corporal Jose Lopez begins with the officer approaching a vehicle that had come to rest on railroad tracks with its hazard lights blinking.

Lopez pulled a 26-year-old woman, who was intoxicated, out of her vehicle on early Saturday morning. When she slipped and fell into a ditch, Lopez her the horn blare of an oncoming train and was able to take the woman to the safety of his cruiser.

The agency provided the dramatic dash-cam footage to MyFoxHouston.com, and will use it as a public safety warning about drinking and driving.
