An Austin police officer who fatally shot a man and was later fired for drunk driving has been reinstated with his department, reports the Houston Chronicle.
An arbitrator on Thursday ruled in favor of Senior Officer Leonardo Quintana, and a grand jury declined to indict Quintana over the fatal shooting of Nathaniel Sanders II during a struggle.
