Man Charged With Killing Baltimore Cop In Parking Dispute

A 25-year-old Baltimore man has been charged with killing an off-duty Baltimore Police detective celebrating his birthday by hurling a piece of concrete at his head, the Baltimore Sun reports.
Detective Brian Stevenson, an 18-year veteran and married father of three, had gone out to have dinner on the eve of his 38th birthday. He and Sian James got into an altercation in a private parking lot.
