Murder Charge Dropped Against Illinois Cop

A murder charge that could have sent Lynwood (Ill.) PD's Officer Brian Dorian to prison for up to 60 years was dismissed Wednesday.
Dorian, 37, was charged in a pair of rural shootings along the Indiana-Illinois border. In a detailed computer forensics analysis, investigators determined Dorian was at home on his computer on the Internet when the shootings occurred, reports the Sun-Times.
