Arrested Phoenix Cop Apparently Shot Unarmed Man

Phoenix Police officer Richard Chrisman has been arrested and charged with aggravated assault for allegedly shooting and killing a 29-year-old man and a dog on Tuesday, reports AZCentral.com.
Chrisman, a nine-year veteran, could face additional charges, including murder, police said.
Chrisman responded to a domestic-violence call at a South Phoenix trailer and allegedly pointed a gun to the head of 29-year-old Danny Frank Rodriguez, shot a dog and fired at Rodriguez.
