Mississippi Deputy And Two Citizens Pull Man From Burning Truck

A Jones County (Miss.) Sheriff's deputy and two neighbors teamed up to pull a man from his burning Chevrolet truck, reports the Hattiesburg American.
Jones County deputy David Ward and Line Road residents Freddie Walker and John Curry raced into action when the fire was discovered at 12:43 a.m. today.
Ward broke out the truck's windows with his baton and the men dragged the victim to safety.
