Phoenix Officers Rescue 3-Year-Old from Burning House

Four Phoenix police officers went into a burning home Thursday to rescue a 3-year-old girl.
The officers responded to a call about 10:50 a.m. of a home on fire with a child still inside near North 47th Avenue and North Osborn Road. The officers were nearby and got to the home before firefighters.
Officer Matthew Deal said police officers don't normally going into burning homes, but having got there so quickly and knowing a girl was trapped inside, they went in. "We just put the danger part aside and went in there," Deal said.
