Juarez Car Bomb May Have Been Meant for Authorities

A car bomb discovered by Mexican federal police over the weekend in Ciudad Juarez may have been intended for federal police, CNN reports.

Federal police used a controlled explosion to detonate the device, which was found in a vehicle in the city. Tovex, a water gel explosive often used in mining, was also located inside the car.
